At Hearing The Story Care Services, this journey is deeply personal. Having experienced neurological challenges myself and navigating life as an NDIS participant, I understand firsthand the complexities, frustrations, and triumphs that come with the system.
This lived experience has shaped not only my perspective, but also the way I deliver support — with empathy, patience, and genuine understanding.
I know how important it is to feel heard, respected, and supported by people who truly "get it." That's why I became a provider — to offer the kind of service I once needed.
My goal is to create a space where participants feel safe, empowered, and in control of their own journey, with support tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
Being both a participant and a provider gives me a unique insight into what quality care should look like. It's not just about ticking boxes — it's about building trust, fostering independence, and making a real difference in people's lives.

My Personal Story
My journey hasn't always been easy. Living with neurological challenges and navigating the NDIS gave me a deep understanding of how important the right support can be.
My faith in God has impacted the way I strive to make every day count. God's ultimate love for us to love one another and care for each other has motivated me to empower that vision.
All these experiences have inspired me to become a provider — to create something better, more personal, and more compassionate.
I'm proud to now support others in a way that I know truly matters, because I've walked a similar path myself.
